I originally discovered Thai Native Gems (TNG) in a frantic search for a jeweler that may sell a design i wanted of ring off the shelf I was looking for. From the first question I asked in mid October 2022 about custom making a ring to all of my future interactions with Tarun he immediately made me feel comfortable.
As I had never purchased or designed a custom piece of jewellery before I had no idea of designing or process, but Tarun always made me feel it was going to be a smooth process. Even when it came to sourcing the diamond, Tarun went above & beyond to complete the process in a quick professional manner.
As I am overseas I needed to feel safe & I was from the very first contact.
The ring was a surprise to replace a cheap ring previously bought for my girlfriend that lives in Thailand. I needed to feel comfortable that even with the distance, between TNG, no request was too hard or a problem. As the ring was to be a surprise to be played out in store I needed to feel re assured the final product would be completed in time for the surprise.
The ring was designed & made in a quicker time than first quoted finished in early November 2022, which made organising, & getting my girlfriend to Bangkok & then the store for the surprise moment alot more relaxed & easy. I had given some ideas to Tarun on how I wanted the surprise to play out, but I didn’t even realise how natural & good Tarun was at keeping to the story until the last moment, he even held off presenting the box with ring inside until the exact moment to surprise my girlfriend.
I cannot speak highly enough of Tarun & the TNG team. They are completely professional, but to me more importantly also understand how to provide excellent customer service.
I will be sourcing more jewellery in the very near future with complete confidence & excitement.

I must say I am amazed at the quality of the work done at Thai native gems, the earrings are exactly similar to the pendant (color of the rubies, heart shaped top…) and I find the diamonds shine even more. The office is a little hard to find next to Lebua but then they suggested I could pick them up at their house as I live next to their place.
